Grilled vegetables with Calçots sauce

To spread the heat better, and do not stick to the griddle, we will paint them with a brush and extra virgin olive oil. We already have the vegetables and vegetables ready, we heat the grill and cook them or mark them for a few minutes on each side. We present it in a refractory tray preheated in the oven, so that it does not cool down during the meal. I also accompanied them with grilled sausages and the Allioli Gastronomic Company Mare Nostrum. Bon Appetit!!
